Colin was born in Marietta, Ohio, but grew up in Wisconsin for almost his entire life. After graduating high school, his love of filmmaking led him to Bethany Lutheran College in Minnesota, studying Media Arts. Outside of school, he worked as a freelance cinematographer on the side, working on short films, documentaries, and sports content, allowing him to strengthen his filmmaking skills.

 

His greatest passion is found in discovering how God can use his artistic abilities to further His Kingdom. Outside of filmmaking, Colin loves skiing, watching movies, and exploring nature. Colin currently serves as a missionary in Chiang Mai, Thailand, creating documentary films and digital content for Friends Network.
